Project Officer

In This Position, You Will:

• Manage inventory of WASH, AGS, Orphan Aid, and other donor-specific campaigns which are linked directly to donors
• Ensure reports are provided periodically by engaging both Field Partners and Project Managers
• Facilitate Field Partner training on the use of MAA Online Systems
• Ensure feedback from Field Partners is high-quality by reviewing all information provided
• Create and provide specific donor plaques to Field Partners and Project Managers
• Liaise with the Donor Care Team to facilitate donor linking, feedback, and reports
• Ensure all reporting data is accurate and entered onto CRM
• Prepare reports for the Donor Care Team

ESSENTIAL TO THE ROLE:

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a philanthropic environment working with Field Teams.
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of global humanitarian aid issues
• A passion for building impactful relationships and exhibiting effective interpersonal skills
• Experience with databases or similar CRM systems
• Great time management skills, multi-tasker, and an independent worker who can thrive (and flourish!) in a teamwork-driven environment
• Results Driven and with an attention to detail
• Intermediate experience with MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
• A curious mind and commitment to continued learning
• Exhibits a self-starter attitude
• Maintains a high level of integrity
